Bay Area Outreach Center (Westside Campus)
Breaking through cultural, racial, and religious boundaries, BAF Westside is located in the heart of Corpus Christi. Many in this community are in desperate need of housing, food, and clothing. BAF Westside is dedicated to helping this community by reaching the lost and helping to meet their most basic needs - both tangible and spiritual.
Annual Head 2 Toe-Back to School
This annual event is held in August and blesses children from the community with shoes, shirts, and back-to-school haircuts all for FREE. Partnering with many businesses and community services from the area we are also able to offer free eye exams and connect people to job opportunities.
Through this one event many families have begun coming to church, accepted Christ and are now serving God's kingdom. That is life change!
The first Head-2-Toe was in 2010. It was a huge success with 1800 people being blessed. 2011 was even bigger with a total of 220 volunteers blessing 2000 plus children with free shirts, shoes, haircuts, and eye exams. Plans are already being made for 2012 and it will be even bigger! Come be a part.

Feed the Need-Food Truck
The Food Truck goes out on the last Saturday of every month at 6:30 PM. Volunteers meet at the Westside campus and load trucks with clothes, shoes, diapers and information on the church. Stops are made at local shelters and missions to feed and clothe the homeless and less fortunate. BAF is privileged to partner with the Salvation Army for the use of their truck.

Dream Closet
The Dream Closet is an outreach ministry giving a hands-up to those in need with free clothing for all ages. The closet also serves mothers of babies, toddlers, and mothers to be. Along with adult clothing the closet includes; diapers sizes newborn-5T, wipes (every visit), formula, strollers, high chairs, car seats, etc (when in stock), books, and toddler age toys for fun and love. The Dream Closet and its ministry is there to offer encouragement, prayer, and Christ's love in our lives. Each person is served on a weekly basis currently, but as demand rises, access may be limited to bi-weekly or monthly. Donations of any kind are always accepted and needed. We meet every Sunday from 11:30am to 2pm at Cesar Chavez Middle Academy, 3701 Mueller, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408 to sort, hang, fold, and pray for those who come to the DREAM CLOSET. If you are interested in volunteering or donating to this ministry please email Dreamcloset@bafwestside.com or Babydreamcloset@bafwestside.com.
